Grants - BOOST
Start by concretizing your idea for a new student team or innovative project in an existing student team. Choose the grant that best suits your needs—either the Starter Grant or the Innovation Grant. See whether your project aligns to the grants available. All rules and regulations surrounding and required documentation for the grants can be found below:
Grants documentationPlan an optional meeting with BOOST
Need help on your application? Get tips and tricks from BOOST by scheduling a meeting. In this call, you'll meet with a BOOST team member who will get to know you and your project. Prepare a 2 min pitch about your project. We'll assess whether your project aligns with the available grants and explain the next steps in the application process. This call is your opportunity to ask any questions and gain clarity on what's expected. (This meeting will be conducted online.)
Schedule a meetingComplete Application Documentation
All the required forms are available on the website of the province of Noord-Brabant. The workload and specific requirements will vary depending on whether you're applying for the Starter Grant or the Innovation Grant. Once all documents are completed, submit them through the portal. Then, sit tight while your submission is reviewed. Ensure your application complies with the rules from step 1.
Submit ApplicationApplication Evaluation
Your application will be reviewed by a panel of experts, including industry professionals, student alumni, and other relevant stakeholders. They'll evaluate your project based on several criteria. Depending on their assessment, you'll receive one of two responses: approval (Go), or a rejection (No Go).
Receive Funding
If your application is approved, you'll receive a contract outlining the terms of your grant. Once the paperwork is finalized, it's time to celebrate—your student team is officially funded!
Project Evaluation (Innovation Grants only)
For Innovation Grant recipients, there's a follow-up process to ensure your project is on track. You'll need to report on your project once the project has been concluded. Detailed guidelines for this evaluation process can be found here.
